A new type of government

I refer to Second Amendment Sanctuary Counties.
Nice to see a unit of government standing up for the rights of its citizens....

Rights come from God and are inalienable. The Right to Arms is directly and unseverable from the Rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness. Too bad those in power always screw this up and attempt to deny our Rights.
By definition anything that comes from the government is either a privilege or an immunity and those are subject to governmental intrusion.
Every thing that is incorrect about the 2nd is/was caused by the courts and the schools. If it were not for the supreme court's erroneous ruling in Barron we might not be having this discussion. The judges have no concept of the paradigm of the American system. The judges do not grasp that with respect to the Constitution, if it is NOT written it is not granted (See Madison, 10th Amendment, no inherent, no implied, no mention of sovereignty for USA because there is none, Individual retained). The 2nd as latter law overrides ALL of the Constitution and under the supremacy clause ALL state law, regardless of the machinations the ignorant or simply power hungry judges have decided. Besides even the supreme court has no authority to decide what the Constitution means. Nothing is granted. See Blackstone Book 1 pg 215-6 for evidence that the People hold the power. The idea that the SC could make such decisions was made up by them contrary to the concept of superior/subordinate. We the People and our States are superior to the Constitution BECAUSE We the People through our State CREATED the Constitution. The judiciary, the Congress, and the Presidency are all subordinate to the Constitution and have no authority to decide its meanings. Those who do not understand this point may never grasp the simple concept of Creator/created which is a basic premise of fundamental law theory, at least according to the discussion from Hamilton.
Our schools have always been co-opted by the governments and have foisted government brain-washing on the students in order to create the society that those in power want. Yes, the People stupidly choose unwisely because the People are easily confused and easily lied to.
So while it's great that there are pockets where some protection occurs, it is meaningless when the bigger, more powerful sharks go after the little fish.
The 2nd as written allows for no government infringement on Arms. The feds have no granted punishment/police powers concerning Arms or their use. Police powers were retained by the States and the People except for the 6 or 7 granted explicitly in the Constitution.
