Never, in the long history of human stupidity.....

Has anyone suggested taking a hockey puck to a gunfight.

In my ten years in Washington, I became amazed at the inability of policy-makers to make policy. I have since become amazed at the inability of higher education to think.

...Admit it David. You just don't give a puck.

The world is full of solutions for people who don't want solutions.

What do you expect what with the low IQ of people in education programs today (~95)?

Before the puck there were rocks.

Yeah, but after a cottage industry of weaponizing hockey pucks develops and matures over the next 20-years, the policy dreamers will be vindicated. In every classroom, bar room, and shopping mall in the USA there will be little Slapshot-R2PUCKU Robots with 250-puck-capacity carousel-magazines (homeowner versions will be limited to 10-puck-capacity) ...

As a life long gun owner, an attorney, and a grandfather with a grandson attending OU, I find it distressing that the University's Chief of Police believes my grandson is better defended by this stupid hockey puck idea than he would be if allowed to carry the concealed firearm for which he is trained and licensed. The University will apparently prosecute the possession of any weapon on campus, including pocket knives, but sees no inconsistency in authorizing the carrying of one of these self defense pucks as a weapon. Incredible.
