Weather alert for hell: Sleet and Freezing Rain

New Jersey Supreme Court holds that Second Amendment protects having a weapon (or at least a machete) inside your house. On top of it, the issue wasn't raised in the trial court, but the New Jersey court finds that it was "plain error" that it can correct anyway.

Nice title. I have been trying to think up something along those lines regarding Hells thermostat, but it's clunky. Maybe someone else can work it out. New Jersey. It made me rub my eyes.

Lets see. God endows us with the authority to maintain our life and liberty, in fact protecting one's life is a duty to God. The government comes along and lies, steals, cheats, and screws us out of our God given Rights. Then a couple hundred years later some court decides that they can give us privileges to cover our Rights because nothing a court does can endow Rights. Trouble is WE ALREADY KNEW THE ANSWER THESE EJITS CAME TO. Arms are not just firearms. We also know that the 2nd DOES NOT GRANT any right either through US v Cruikshank, 1875 or just by reading the simple words. Nothing in the 2nd allows for ANY government control over Arms. Hamilton covered that point in the 84th Federalist.

Since nothing in any document grants the courts the power to interpret the Constitutions that CREATE them, all these interpretive decisions are bogus. My manner of teaching this is: Who's the Boss? The Creator or the created? Of course the Creator is the boss and the created is subordinate. We the People are the Creator of the Constitution so We the People are its boss. The Constitution is the Creator of the government and as such the Constitution is the boss of all branches of government. The big lie is that the subordinate, the courts, can decide what ANYTHING in the Constitution means. Nothing in the Constitution hints at such power. The States NEVER considered that authority. All of it is usurpation by elitists who have lied and made themselves our bosses when they are in fact our servants. What do you call 1000 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean? A good start.
