U Tenn whitewash of Instapundit

Posted by David Hardy · 27 September 2016 09:59 PM

They have decided against being total buffoons in the matter. A wise choice. Even if they feel compelled to recite formulae such as "I understand the hurt and frustration they feel," "move forward to rebuild our law school community," and "coming together as a community in thoughtful and constructive dialogue."

They left off "God is love" and "gentlemen will take care to arrange their clothing before leaving the men's room."

But now will they investigate his blending puppies to prepare his energy drinks?

It wasn't just the puppy blending that made Instapundit famous,it was also the Satanism and ritualistic hobo murders.

...But in his defense, he did prove, with mathematical precision, who stole the strawberries on the U.S.S. Caine. So, there's that.

How can a correct statement of law be grounds to suspend a social media account?

Same way a correct statement of peer reviewed scientific data on gender differences in performace of various tasks can make one unfit to be president (or whatever) of Harvard.

Indigestion can be grounds to suspend a social media account. Unless and until the Courts rule that social media is a public space, the owners of said media can suspend anybody they want for any reason they want.

Including, or sometimes, especially, for speaking the truth.

'Cause the truth hurts.
