Officer (incorrectly) thinks caregiver is in danger, solves problem by shooting him. The caregiver says he asked why the fellow shot him, and the officer in confusion frankly replied, "I don't know."
The recent attacks on the armed minions of Leviathan by the Cretin Brigade are likely to have the effect of creating support for them even when they engage in such paroxysms of negligence and stupidity as this.
