Latest change was West Virginia, just a couple of weeks ago.

If only it was correct for Georgia. It was shall issue in 1976 no 1989. The book you reference got it wrong.

I heard an interesting point regarding concealed vs open carry. If one is in a situation with a bad person (like an active shooter situation) and is open carry would not he be the first for the shooter to take out? On the other hand, if someone is concealed then the shooter would not know that there is someone in the area with the ability to take the shooter out. Just a thought.....
