Chris Christy pardons Shaheen Allen

Posted by David Hardy · 2 April 2015 01:13 PM

Good news! Shes the lady with the PA carry permit who was stopped in NJ, and thinking her permit valid, informed the officer that he had a gun. She was looking at a mandatory sentence of around three years, as I recall.

I'm confused. Did she flunk out of PTI?

The last I heard, she had been admitted into PTI:

Glad she got a pardon, but I am curious what happened with PTI.

Will this pardon, as worded, restore her RKBA rights?

Is "full and free" the same as "full and absolute"?

stay safe.

The last sentence of the pardon says it is revocable at any time by the Governor. Is a "full and free" pardon revocable or is this some lawyer language added to pardons?

I do not care what Krispy Christie did this week. I want to know why he waited this long to do it.
