Man begins shooting into a crowd, an Uber driver with a concealed carry permit shoots him down before he hits anyone.

They said there would be blood in the streets. I guess they were right. Nobody said who's blood.

Oh I know he is going to be described as an angry white male tea partier who in reality is a far left liberal but that part won't be mentioned
The only problem i see is that the perp lived, and was not hit in any vital areas. More practice is in order.
What's truly amazing is that in Chicago, IL, the hero is not being charged with a capitol offense!
