So he missed the extremely dangerous, vicious attacking dog?
Does that mean the officer was mauled to death by the dog after he missed? The news stories I have read are strangely silent on that fact.
I wish Dakota Corbitt a full and swift recovery.
You have it all wrong. It was the gun that did it:
"The deputy's gun fired one shot, missing the dog and hitting the child. It was not clear if the gun was accidentally fired by the deputy."
