He neglects to use Texas as an example.
This goes counter to almost all of his statements.
Texas allows lethal self defense even against LEOs that use excessive force.
Texas allows lethal force to protect or retrieve property at night.
Texas allows lethal defense of another person.
No requirement to retreat.
To ignore Texas in the discussion shows that he was pushing a point of view.
