No indictment, and hardly surprising

Father fatally beats a man molesting, and apparently trying to rape, his five year old daughter. The law has the concept of justified homicide. The average person has the concept of "good riddance."

What are the four categories of homicide? Criminal regrettable, excuseable and praiseworthy?
Until I read more, this falls in the last category.

Fortunately we don't have to listen to his lawyer claim that the father arranged the "tryst" and tried to ask for more money or some $h1t

I think they should do one better for this guy and give him an award for keeping his fellow citizen's children from having to go thru what his daughter did.

My daughter was molested by a guy we thought was our friend, and if I had caught him in the act I'd probably have done the same thing to him.

I'm sorry your daughter was attacked.
