MSLF sues Corps of Engineers

Morris v. Corps of Engineers, summarized here. "Issue: Whether the total ban by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers of the possession of function firearms for self-defense on Corps-managed lands violates the Second Amendment?"

I'm sure the Corps can come up with some blather about how it is necessary to protect the uniquely fragile ecosystems that exist on Corps land.
The real trick will be getting the "Rational Basis" test to apply after Heller.
It'll be difficult for the Corps to defend their policy in light of the recent ruling regarding firearms in National Parks.
