David Gregory and the illegal AR-15 magazine

Posted by David Hardy · 15 May 2013 07:17 PM

Emily Miller has the story. Gregory is the political reporter who, on NBC Nightly News, pulled out an AR-15 magazine... at a studio inside DC, where such magazines are banned. Of course, nothing ever happened. Ms. Miller and Judicial Watch are pursuing the matter, and DC has fouled up by withholding a document from Judicial Watch that it has already disclosed to Miller.

"a Kay Industries 30-round magazine"

When reading property records, the incompetence, illiteracy or maybe just plain laziness of the people writing these reports always amazes me. It's "Okay Industries"...

Instead of an open carry march, there needs to be a "Million Magazines" march on DC.

A huge crowd waving 30-rounders in one hand, and a copy of the DA's press release announcing he would not prosecute in the other. Anybody that gets arrested and has to go to court should present the press release as a "First Amendment Exception."

If Wayne LaPierre had any courage and integrity [waits for laughter to die down], every time he appears in Washington DC (including on "Meet the Press"), he would display a 30-round AR-15 magazine, and then dare the OAG to prosecute him.
