What would John Adams, Samuel Adams, say?

Youtube video of searches for the Boston Bomber. No warrants, no probable cause, not even suspicion, but door to door searches of homes, with residents sent out and ordered "HANDS UP!."

I can't watch that video anymore. One time was enough.

Why that house? There is no way they could have searched every house in Watertown that way. It would have required the entire 101st and they still would not have had time...

What do you do in that situation? You have a bunch of excited cops on the hair trigger of panic pointing machineguns at you.... If you ask for a warrant or resist in any way, your odds of getting shot go way up.. The least you can expect is a boot on your neck and permanent nerve damage from wearing handcuffs for hours.
