Poor Utah

Posted by David Hardy · 14 March 2013 09:52 AM

The Brady Campaign scores it as dead last for gun control in the U.S.. But its gun homicide rate is under 1 per 100,000, a fraction of that of California. The same with gun assault and gun robbery. (Not that "gun" crime rates really matte, but still...)

Here in Utah we take great pride in getting the lowest available Brady grade.

Our legislature has just passed "constitutional carry", and we're hoping for the Governor's signature on it.

Indeed, Denton! And once it's on the books, we get an additional -1 from the Brady Bunch, taking us to an overall.... -1!
