Interesting discussion of the proposed small arms treaty

I've always found it interesting how gun crimes compare between the U.S. and countries like Canada or Australia. Obviously, those countries are doing things that really work. Yet, now that Australia has pushed for much tougher laws, there's been little change. It always comes down to it's the person, not the weapon.
