Arrrgh!! Has it been over twelve years now?

The agony of waiting for the conclusion to this case is killing me. So much RKBA litigation is tied up in limbo, awaiting the outcome.

It's been long enough my memory of the details and twists and turns is fuzzy. Any pointers to a timeline? Maybe a real legal recap given the various intervening cases that may apply as the date nears?
