Excellent article on Heller/McDonald future

Interesting start. Lack of reference to McDonald v. Chicago is a weakness. All Heller and nothing more is like all Brown v. Board of Education and no Griffin v. County School Board. For that matter, Ezell and Nordyke matter too.
So why couldn't they have bagged the Court is about 1/4 the number of words? That goes on and on yet says very little.
