A win in challenge to Omaha ordinance against legal aliens registering guns

A Federal District Judge issued a preliminary injunction forbidding enforcement of the ordinance, and the city is considering amending it.

Doc Merlin: How's that? P&I covers citizens, due process, i.e. "substantive due process", covers "any person" which I gather includes legal aliens (e.g. resident (Green Card) aliens can be drafted and otherwise pretty much enjoy every right of a citizen except they can't vote and can be deported).
This would not be an issue if it was an P&I incorporation instead of a due process one.
