New CA case challenges DV conviction ban

It's Enos v. Holder, brought by Don Kilmer, and sponsored by the Madison Society. Complaint is here (scanned pdfs, so they load slowly).

Very interesting case. Don Kilmer is throwing half of the bill of rights at the Feds. This is not just a second amendment case. Think 10th amendment.
This case has to be read in parallel with US v Skoien out of CA-7...
