DC v. Heller aftermath

Ouch!

In attorneys' fees disputes, it's always amusing to see how often an attorney arguing that the other guy's hourly rates are unreasonable is actually billing at a higher rate himself. These are big firms, probably with staggering hourly rates.

I can't believe that Gura is still waiting for DC to pay him. I thought he was only fighting Chicago...lol....they will not go quietly into the night.

I am not a lawyer so I have no idea how this would work but What if Gura lost? Would DC go after him/ the team for some sort of compensation?
