Yah...Hey, Mr. Duggan, wonder why the well-heeled have more guns than the poor? Doesn't take a lot of rocket science to figure this one out... The DC government has made the process as inconvenient and expensive and time-consuming as possible, and that immediately handicaps the poor...You have to be able to take time off from work during office hours, pay the fees, make multiple trips to the one "hard-to-find" gun shop and government offices in order to jump through all those hoops, pay for parking or taxis and/or Metro...(is it legal to carry your gun from the shop to the police station on the Metro?), wait in line,...Duh. It's the poor that need them the most.

Also that one gun store looks like it may be just a little high priced. Must be nice to have the only gun store in a large city.

A written test before you can exercise a right?

I wish we could get a written test required before you can vote. Just requiring someone to name the 3 branches of government before they are allowed to vote would work wonders!
