Rahm Emanuel gets the boot

Posted by David Hardy · 24 January 2011 12:00 PM

Story here. An Illinois appellate court rules he cannot run for mayor of Chicago because of a minor problem -- there is a one-year residency requirement and he only moved back to Chicago in October. (That didn't stop the trial court from ruling that while he was in DC he was actually in Chicago).

I still expect the Illinois Supreme Court to pull this out for Rahm. I still believe the fix is in.

To early to say that Garry. I have to agree with Letalis, I believe the fix is in and the Illinois SC will rule for him.

If you've ever lived in Chicago or most of Illinois, you know for certain the Illinois Supreme court is a product of the corrupt Chicago machine...

If they don't pull Rahm's chstnuts out of the fire, I'll eat a Swedish Mauser long rifle with bayonet attached.
