Story here. "U.S. District Judge Mark Bennett also ordered Weber to successfully complete a court-approved course on the U.S. Constitution within five months."

They should require all current and potential members of Congress and the President and his staff to take that course as well. Seems that very many of them don't know what "the Constitution" even is, let alone what it says or what it means.
