This is REALLY pitiful
Brady Campaign sets up an online fundraiser, raising bucks to oppose open carry and its squabble with Starbucks: "is this the America you really want to live in?"
And raises a a whopping $20.

This really made my whole day, thanks for passing it on.
Pitiful? I think it's WONDERFUL!
Considering it almost certainly cost them more than $20 to set up the process.....
Booyah! Keep it up, guys!
I think it's noteworthy that Brady Campaigns expert analysis for their view consists of video from those paragons of intellectual gravitas, Jon Stewart and Jimmy Kimmel.
Are we to assume they are honest? It's possible that someone has made the decision that they will get more donations from the "true believers" if it appears that donations are low.
I trust nothing that comes out of that camp, and I fear that there's more than a few fools who would donate a few bucks to their "cause."
I agree. PITIFUL that there are people who send them anything. 20 cents would have been too much.
You can't deny that Jon Stewart video on the Brady page is damn funny though.
No surprise, they are censoring the "stories" section of the page. I just visited, and there were 4 post stating that "this IS the America I want to live in." One was even a personal account of a man defending his family from an attacker...which would not have been possible if the Brady Bunch had their way.
Five minutes later, all of the posts had been taken down. Is there any way someone could dig up an archive of the page for all to see?

Richly deserved, though.
The inability to learn from experience will doom some people and ideas. Darwin at work.
