Nordyke v. King en banc

One of the good-guy attorneys says the argument went well for them. Of course, there's no predicting a ruling, least of all by a group of 11 people, but this is a good note.

How long, typically, does it take for a ruling to come down in a situation like this? Will they wait to see if the Supreme Court first takes the incorporation cases?

@Jeff - in the audio, a judge actually raised the question of why not wait until whther SCOTUS decides to look at those cases...
