Indeed - while she give excellent advice, the fact that is is something you have to worry about is a travesty.

I've been seeing this topic on several sites today and it made me think of a suit from 2006, Gregg Revell sued New Jersey Port Authority for violating the FOPA. I tried to find an outcome, but could only find links to the original stories.

Any idea if there was or has been a resolution?
