New Para series
Stopped by the Para USA (formerly Para Ord) booth. They made the gun blogger special edition last year, and I've become very fond of mine, a 1911 action with double-action trigger.
They're now bringing out their Gun Rights models. 1911 .45s, single and double stack, fiber optics sights and match trigger, and Para is donating $25 to NRA from every sale.
They also have a VERY nice three dot sight. The central dot is orange (may be fiber optic, I don't remember) and the two on the sides are white. The three catch your eye, but the center one really catches it.

I created something vaguely similar with my trijicon green night sight. It works quit well.
I took a fine time red sharpie an covered one-half each of the outside two of the three green dots (in other words, the back sight). This had two effects in reduced light. It made the rear sight noticably dimmer (but not too dim) and changed the perceived color of the rear dot slightly. Net effect - both bightness difference and contrast between the front and rear sight make aligning the three much quicker in dim light.
I have a couple of weapons with mixed color night sights with amber rear, green front that work nicely. Green is always better for the front because it is the brightest available color for tritium powered sights. This is substantially because your eyes like green light.
That's a good three-dot combo, but substitute neon green for the white dots and you have a better, clearer one. I've tried that white/orange combo, and it works, but the old eyes tend to blend white and orange, leaving a mostly orange bar so you could string your shots left and right.
With the neon green on both sides and orange in the middle, you won't have blending. My group on the Oregon DPSST (POST to everyone else) tactical qualification shrank from 9 inches (with outliers barely in the required 5-zone) to about 5 inches when I repainted the rear sight with two neon green dots on my Ruger SP101.
