What now is the timetable for the other briefs, and how long does a federal appeals court typically take to decide something of this magnitude?

You got me all excited ... but this brief was available already in early February (it was filed 28 January).

Chicago's brief WAS to be due on 28 February, but as we have not seen it, I presume they filed (and received) an extension or continuance. If that is the case, I suppose Chicago's brief will be forthcoming at the end of March.

I wonder, given the extra month, if a better-looking sow's-ear purse can be sewn by Chicago ...?
