Being its clear that the federal government can't stand protesters. How dare those peons speaking out in groups against unjust laws our a massively large out of control government.
The one question I can't seem to get around is, what will get someone on the no-fly list faster. Protesting war or protesting for the Second Amendment.

Neither. Not being a "team player" is the fastest way to be reviled, vilified, and punished. Believing in individualism and the rights of the individual is feared by all political sides and is marked for extinction if they can manage it. It is the only thing they upon which they all agree.
