New Korwin/Kopel book bout

"The Heller Case: Gun Rights Affirmed.". I've got a chapter in it. It's selling at a pre-release discount for at least a few more days (I think it's printed and en route to him).
Forgive me but......
"All 96 SCOTUS gun cases explained"
Where did the other 94 come from? They're couting Lopez as a gun case? That was Interstate Commerce. What next, Cruikshank? Does it include failed petitions like US v. Stevens? Will they count US v. Slosinsky a NFA dealer tax case as a gun case?
IIRC theres only two 'gun' cases, Miller and Heller.
Again, not trying to be rude but calling Lopez a "gun case" is like calling Wickard v. Filburn a "wheat case", which it isnt is' another (unfortunately decided) IC case.
