Chicago may rework gun law

Or so Daley ambiguously suggests. I recall that once during my days in the Federal government, an agency suggested rewriting a rule in order to moot a test case against it, and after research I concluded it wouldn't work.

Hmmm.... changing the rule or law won't moot the test case? That's intriguing. More info?

I'll bet the word is out to all of the Mayors Against Guns members ..... avoid the suits, period. We will lose. Keep changing your laws and reduce them just enough to avoid a challenge.
