Prof. O'Shea on Heller

Posted by David Hardy · 14 June 2008 12:40 PM

Over at Concurring Opinions, Prof Mike O'Shea has his take on what to watch for. It's quite detailed, and I can't think of anything unsaid that might be added.

Yeah, that is all good stuff that I wish I had the brains to write. Some of the comments, though, supposedly from supporters of an individual rights interpretation of the 2nd Amendment, make we wanna PUKE.

Fudds.

Thanks for nothing.

Lethalis: Then deny them their funding by showing people who shoot what losers the NRA are.

What's discouraging is I tell people, show them their comments and actions, and they still send off their checks to the NRA. It's like people have blinders on.

It's not statists killing the gun culture, it's it's own members.....curiously dressed in mossy oak and can be found in Bass Pro Shops and own Remington bolt guns in WSM calibers.....
