nothing in Heller today

Next day to announce opinions is Thursday.

And the way opinions have been going, I am not enthusiastic. America truly is becoming a dictatorship of the judiciary, where new laws are passed by just handing them out..
I predict Heller will be the last opinion issued on the last day of this session.
They don't want the firestorm of press that will come one way or the other to distract anything else on the docket between now and then.
Personally, I'm rooting for a June 19th release of Heller.
