Story here. Not much detail, and it sounds as if ATF is still running it up the chain of command for full approval.

Judicially imposed censorship? Part of the purpose of the legal system is to let people know that crime brings punishment, and that the laws are being fairly enforced.
At least we know that a trial is taking place.
Sort of.
(I've noticed Red's site is gone, and the resounding silence about that.)
