U.S. MARSHALS SERVICE THREAT OF ARREST OVER CITIZEN’S ARREST WARRANT

This is a Second Amendment case beginning in 2002 that evolved into a fight for my Seventh Amendment right to a civil jury trial. My first two appeals to the U.S. Supreme Court were for the Second Amendment. This latest appeal, my third is about my Seventh Amendment right to a civil jury trial as a ward of the Admiralty because I am a U.S. merchant seaman.

I just read your petition for cert. and it's utterly wacko. You need medication. Seriously.
