The Winchester M70 will be built in the FN plant in Columbia, SC. No surprises there. In fact, gun wags all over the net predicted this exact outcome. The Big Red W is just worth too much to be abandoned. Expect the M94 lever gun to be next.

It wouldn't surprise me to see some form of the 101 O/U, the 1886 lever gun, the 1895 lever gun, and the 21 SxS to come along, too. But those are all a bit more of a stretch than the M70 and M94.

Good, cringed when I saw the post assuming it was going to be made in some unheard of place like Lower Slobovia.

At $1000 a pop they can keep them.

At $1000 a pop, I'll spend the extra $50 for a Kimber.

Seriously, the finish/quality better be top notch, or they're just setting themselves up for another failure.

Bring back the Solothurn!

I want a S18/1000-1100 20mm.

Seriously I do I want to try
a lot of NFA and Destructive
Devices.

Washington state allows sound suppressors
but doesn't allow you to fire them.

Weird!

What legislators in their right minds
would actually write such laws
as Washington State's idiotic and
arcane sound suppressor law.

You can own one but you have to travel
to a Pro-Silencer state.

Lame!
