Off topic but quite annoying
From ABC News, "The Case for Israel's Strike Against Syria":
"A senior U.S. official told ABC News the Israelis first discovered a suspected Syrian nuclear facility early in the summer, and the Mossad — Israel's intelligence agency — managed to either co-opt one of the facility's workers or to insert a spy posing as an employee....
But the hardest evidence of all was the photographs.
The official described the pictures as showing a big cylindrical structure, with very thick walls all well-reinforced. The photos show rebar hanging out of the cement used to reinforce the structure, which was still under construction."
Great. Some ^% leaker, for the sake of ego, or maintaining a tie with the media, plus ABC itself, for the sake of releasing a story, lets the world know that (1) there is a spy in the facility, (2) he took photos (let's start asking if anyone saw a fellow that might be hiding a camera) and (3) the exact state of the construction at the point when the spy was there and taking pictures.

I was going to say, this could be an intentional leak for the purpose of making the Syrians go around catching a bunch of spies that don't exist.
Oh, but the media has to tell everyone because they have the right to know!!!
Of course, there aren't nearly enough media assholes put into danger by their own actions.
It would have been funnier if the Izzies had put a mohel in the facility rather than a mole.
You people didn't really think there was any felt responsibility by the MSM to do the right thing did you? Especially when they don't wish our survival.
"... (1) there is a spy in the facility ..."
Once they bombed the place, do you think he stuck around?

Those Syrians have got to be among the duller knives in the drawer to hire North Korea for expert help. Bunch a good comments on the original article's page.
Oh, I don't know. They might have gotten the intelligence via other means, and the spy business might just be a cover story, injected into the press to make the Syrians run around trying to find the spy, causing themselves no end of trouble, when really they should be beefing up their crypto capabilities, or watching more carefully for stealthy photograph-taking drone aircraft, or something.
