Panel on originalism

Legal Theory blog reports a fascinating panel discussion on the nature of originalism. Wish I could have been there.
I wish Originalist's like, Theodore B. Olson, would stop saying that they would be leery
of overturning Supreme Court precedent
even it was a wrongly decided precedent.
If it was wrong its wrong
and should be overturn
because of that fact!
