Oh the hubris of judges. Daring to interpret the 2nd amendment as protecting the keeping and bearing of arms! What will they do next!?!?

Guess the Brady Center never heard of the Militia Act of 1792 in terms of original intent, nor of US Code, Title 10, Subtitle A, Part 1, Chapter 13, Section 311 for current US law. Of course I always liked George Mason, delegate to the constitutional convention: "I ask you sir, who are the militia? They consist now of the whole people." (Elliott, Debates, 425-426).

Sure, they've heard of it. They just choose to ignore it and instead focus on Miller and modern usage of wordage instead of original intent.

Just remember, they know they're failing. That's why they closed comments on their blog.
