Here's the story.
He "attacked what he called a lack of professionalism among terrorists, especially some al-Qaida cells," because " it saddens him that today's terrorists plot to kill ordinary people."

I don't think the kettle cares what the pot thinks, but it is slightly amusing that C the J who bombed people says this. France no longer executes murderers, does it? He deserves the services of that giant cigar cutter.
