Philadelphia area legislators threaten to hold up state budget

They threaten to hold up the state budget unless gun control measures "get a hearing". (From the article, it sounds as if they have gotten hearings, and committee votes, and lost).

They pulled the same stunt last year.
The result was the "committee of the whole" to study gun legislation day.
In which all their desires where soundly beaten.
Since it got them something last year, they're motivated to keep trying.
Never give a mouse a cookie.
They could just pass one pro-firearm bill each day until he decides to stand down ...
