Kansas Senate overrode the veto earlier today.
That's TWO beatings for the Her Majesty, The Governor, by the gun guys.
I had a case recently in front of Her Majesty's husband. He is a federal magistrate in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. I was not too impressed with his jurisprudence, which means that you can probably guess in whose favor he decided. Last time I'll ever agree to have a case decided by him.
Oh yeah...I wonder who he got appointed to be a federal magistrate? A real mystery, huh?
