VA passes anti-entrapment bill

VA has passed the bill forbidding private entrapment of gun dealers, HB 2653. I'm informed it was signed into law yesterday.
It is even more interesting that this bill was signed into law by a Governor who has never been a friend to gun owners - Governor Tim "Million Mom March" Kaine (as mayor of Richmond Kaine tried to use taxpayer money to assist supporters of the 2000 MMM to go to the rally). This is one of the most important pieces of gun legislation passed by the General Assembly this year.
