Yeah? That is how business in the District is DONE. Murtha's brother is a high powered defense contractor lobbyist. Daschle's wife was a drug company lobbyist. The live-in girlfriend of an energy company lobbyist (who recently pled guilty to lying to federal investigators) was the the DOJ's top environmental enforcement lawyer.

It is shameful. It is unacceptable. And the only thing that can clean up the rot is more sunlight. Which is why the powers that be want to restrict the power of individuals to use the Internet to expose their corruption and hypocrisy.

Why do you wonder? It's because she's a DEMOCRAT.

I live here in the SF Bay area, and subscribe to the SF Comical because it's the only paper that has anything close to decent coverage of business and sports. Hard for them to lie about sports scores.

Not a peep about Slimestein. Just panegerics for Pelosi.
