CCW permitee holders stop street shooter

In Memphis, two CCW permitees stop and arrest a gunman who was firing at cars.
Don't hold your breath on the national media picking this story up.

little more to it than that. the man they 'stopped' was also a CCW holder who claims that he was returning fire. He says his car was rammed and six men approached him, one with a gun. So, he was firing at them. He has been charged with reckless endangerment.
