Parker challenge to DC gun law -- oral argument reset

Parker v. DC was set to be argued today, but I'm told DC's attorney had an attack of appendicitis and it had to be reset. No word on the new date.

Any chance you could post a notice about when the hearing is rescheduled?
Hahahahaha. A sudden attack of unpreparedness, your honor. I totally forgot about this case and had to make up an excuse.
Does DC really have only one attorney working on this case?
