Ohio gov says he'll veto pre-emption

A spokesman for Ohio governor Robert Taft says he will veto any pre-emption bill.

Strickland said he was in favor of the bill and would sign it, but it will hae to be reintroduced next session, if it is not overridden
Good effing riddance to Taft (and DeWine, too).
No friends of the 2nd, there....
