PA plans special session on gun laws

Pennsylvania's legislation plans a one-day special session on September 26, aimed at gun law proposals. Items likely to come up are one-gun-a-month and exempting Philadelpha from state pre-emption.

It WILL be a dog and pony show, because other PA cities will whine, bitch and moan that THEY should be included in the pre-emption emption also.
Crap. Hopefully this is a dog and pony show where much will be discussed but nothing actually accomplished.
