Angel Shemaya

Posted by David Hardy · 8 April 2006 10:10 AM

Hammer of Truth reports that Angel Shamaya's problems have been resolved. Angel is founder of rtba.com. I guess he moved to Michigan and ran afoul of a law that says all handguns must be presented for a "safety inspection," as a form of registration. They worked out a deal where he pleads to misdemeanors and gets unsupervised probation. Gary Marbut of Montana Shooting Sports Association reports that Angel will be moving to Montana (we don't need no steenking safety inspections!) and become the Association's recruiter.

Here's a link to Gary Marbut's page on the case, where you can make donations to Angel's defense fund.

It must be nice for Angel Shamaya to be so popular in the political arena while I, a political nobody languish in anonymity, am forced to hitchhike around the country in the hope of drumming up funding for my federal civil rights case for the Second Amendment right to openly keep and bear arms before I return to my seafarers union hall to go back out to sea. So far my endeavor is without success. Zero fundng.

I have recently creating my own free blog as another method of fundraising. So far no one has posted comments to my postings. I have no way of knowing if my blog has even been visited. Oh the agony of anonymity! Nevertheless, I press on!

If you want to donate to a real Second Amendment advocate donate to my Second Amendment case! It is the holy grail of gun rights. It is a case from a merchant seaman's point of view where I have the advantage of using the U.S. Code and the Code of Federal Regulations against the U.S. Government. I doubt this approach has ever been attempted before me.

My RICO Act case is still pending at the DC Circuit on my Motion for Rehearing and Rehearing En Banc disputing the DC Circuit affirming the District Court/DC's dismissal of my RICO claims but remanding my case for further proceedings on Second Amendment grounds. I am asking for clarification on the meaning of the DC Circuit's Remand Order as whether or not it is an automatic trigger of the discovery phase.

In anticipation of the discovery phase I have prepared my 800-page Request for Admissions of Facts and my Motion for Negiotated Rulemaking (to initiate Federal Preemption of State gun control laws that infringe, violate, or prohibit the right to travel intrastate or interstate while openly armed for the lawful purpose of personal security. It's not just for sporting purposes anymore!) for the defendants (President Bush, Chertoff of Homeland Security, Commandant of the Coast Guard, and others). That Request for Admissions document may cost me up to $500 to print, copy, bind, and ship.

I am broke!

PLEASE VISIT MY BLOG. PLEASE DONATE TO MY SECOND AMENDMENT CASE.
